Dallas Love Field airport introduces a new technology that turns wind from airplanes into renewable technology


The JetWind Technology is a creative idea from former Dallas Mavericks team doctor and surgeon


Five new turbine pods at the Dallas Love Field Airport help supply these renewable energy by using wind from jets that are taking off


T.O Souryal, founder and president of JetWind Power Corporation, was inspired by this idea while sitting in the window seat of a plane departing from Burbank, California


It started off as a 7th grade science project 25 years ago, said Souryal


One thing led to another, experiment after experiment


Now, the wind from jey exhaust is being converted into electricity to generate power for two new device charging stations at the Dallas Love Field Airport
