6 red date
Rock sugar
800ml water
2 hours on slow cooker or until the snow fungus have softened
A total of 30g snow fungus was soaked in water. After rehydrating, I realized half of this amount is enough as the 30g expanded into 200g. You may reserve the other half snow fungus for a savory version by adding pork to the same ingredients
