1 pinky sized cinnamon bark
300ml (10.15oz) water
110g (7oz) spam, cut into small cubes
O.5 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Curry paste:
1.5 tablespoon meat curry powder
Some water to mix with curry powder
Top up:
1 chili padi
Some green onion
These give the dish an extra boost
