In rural South Carolina where Eliot Middleton lives, there is no public transportation, no Ubers or taxi’s. So, if you don’t have a car, there are limited options for families with children or physical conditions. Since last September, Eliot has managed to gift 32 cars to rural families.

What's more, after the CBS media report was aired nationwide on TV, Eliot received massive amounts of donations including more than 800 cars and $129,000 from folks offering help.
